Modes of Return
Users can return products through one of two methods:
i. Store pickup: In most locations, the Company offers a free pickup service that shall be displayed (if applicable) upon placing of a return request.
ii. Self-ship: If the pickup service is unavailable, the User shall return the delivered products via post, at their own cost, whose cost shall be credited to the User vide a coupon that is contingent upon the return being valid and accepted by the company and by the User sharing a copy of the courier receipt.
