What does Vedrik Certify cost?
Vedrik Certify starts at ₹2,999 per year for up to 200 issued certificates; Starter is ₹3,999 for 500. Each certificate design is ₹999. All prices exclude 18% GST and are billed annually.
How does certificate design pricing work?
Every plan supports unlimited certificate designs. Our team prepares each distinct design for ₹999 plus GST, separate from your subscription. Existing designs can be reused at no extra charge; only new designs or commissioned redesigns are charged again.
Does ₹999 apply to every certificate issued?
No. ₹999 is the charge to create and configure a certificate design. Individual student certificates generated from that design count toward your plan’s annual issuance allowance.
Is GST included in the price?
No. An additional 18% GST applies to both subscription and certificate design charges.
Do we have to design the certificate ourselves?
No. Our team onboards your exact certificate as a pixel-accurate template during setup. After that, your staff just enter student details, the design is locked and consistent on every issue.
How does anyone verify a certificate?
Every certificate carries a QR code that opens a public verification page, no login needed. It shows the student, course, marks, dates, IDs and the issuing institution, so recruiters and universities can confirm it instantly.
Can multiple staff use it with approvals?
Yes. There are Admin, Operator and Viewer roles and a 5-state workflow (Draft → Pending → Approved → Rejected → Signed). Operators draft, Admins approve, Viewers see only signed certificates, and every action is audit-logged.
Is it secure?
Accounts use JWT auth with BCrypt hashing, optional TOTP two-factor (Authenticator apps) with recovery codes, email-based password reset with single-use tokens, and full audit logs. Each institution’s data is strictly isolated.
Can we use our own domain and branding?
Yes. Run on your own subdomain (institute.certify.vedrik.com) or a custom domain (certificates.institute.com), with your logo, name and colours across the portal and certificates.
Are digital signatures available?
Digital signatures and digitally signed certificates are planned for our upcoming Growth and Professional plans. Current Basic and Starter plans offer QR-based online verification, which already lets anyone confirm a certificate is genuine.
